Rebuilding an MI calendar after product growth

A lending firm that adds a new channel, or a payments firm that expands into a new corridor, often keeps the old reporting calendar. Risk exists in the book; it does not yet exist on the agenda.

Start with a map of products and material risks, then ask which forum owns each view and how often. Retire papers that no longer drive decisions. Add owners before you add slides. The calendar is a control, not a publishing schedule.

Firms that treat the calendar as living — reviewed when the business changes — spend less time in emergency pack rewrites before a supervisory visit.
